ECOMEAT operates its own cold storage facility of approximately 45000 sq. feet, which includes cooler and freezer space, to better facilitate our customers. Our added value to our customer includes aging and holding product to their specifications. Our facility is a federally inspected establishment (S501) approved and monitored by CFIA and our HACCP program to ensure that proper temperature and quality controls are maintained. We have a CFIA inspector visiting our plant every day to re-inspect all our imported meats from the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Uruguay.
